Rezza respects the intellectual property rights of photographers, restaurants, and content creators. We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Content Sources

Images on Rezza are sourced from:

  • Restaurant websites and social media (with implied promotional intent)
  • Google Places API (licensed for display)
  • Direct submissions from restaurant owners
  • Press and media coverage (linked with attribution to original publication)

We do not claim ownership of third-party images displayed on this platform.

Image Attribution

Where possible, images on Rezza include visible credit to the original photographer or source publication. Credits appear as overlays on images and in our image viewer. When a source URL is available, we link directly to the original content.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on Rezza without authorization, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the original work or provide a link to it.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the URL(s) on Rezza where the material appears.
  3. Your contact information — Name, address, phone number, and email.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. If your notice is complete and valid, the material will be removed promptly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Rezza maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers.
